A service fee applies when a vehicle booking is created or changed by our team on your behalf. It is charged per transaction, every time.
Book and manage your vehicle booking online at your own pace — no service fee applies to online self-service bookings or changes.

Cancellation & Change Fees
The fees below apply when you cancel or change a booking, based on how much time remains before your first scheduled departure. These fees apply regardless of whether you manage your booking online or contact our team directly.

Island Resident Vehicle Bookings
Walk-on Bookings
Registered island residents pay lower fees when cancelling for credit. Change fees and refund amounts are the same as for standard vehicle bookings.

No change fee applies to a walk-on booking, at any time. The fees below apply only when cancelling.

General Conditions
- Service fees: A $15.00 service fee applies to vehicle bookings made or altered with the assistance of our team by phone or email. Bookings made and managed online incur no service fee.
