*REFUNDS AND CANCELATION POLICY RE-INSTATED*

Dear Customers,
We’re glad to have provided leniency on cancellations and refunds during the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic, for which we know many of you were grateful.
Please be informed, as of Tuesday 1st March 2022, we will be reinstating our Cancellation and Refund policy, which can be found here.

Now that travel confidence is returning, if our policy is not suitable for your needs, we suggest attaining alternate insurance.
If you are unable to travel due to COVID, tickets booked online are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. We are happy to put the booking in credit for you until you are able to travel again, there is no change fee. For any cancellations, T&C’s apply.

**COVID UPDATE – PASSENGER AND TRAVEL ADVICE**

EFFECTIVE as of 8th January 2022.

Our priority is keeping our customers and staff safe.

To help us do this and help slow the spread of the COVID virus, please follow the below directions whilst travelling with us.

Kindly listen to the crew for boarding and travel advice, and should you have any concerns, please let them know.

* Please ensure you are wearing a mask whilst moving about our terminal waiting and queuing areas.
This is mandatory on all public transport and transit areas. Visit QLD Health Website for further information.

*Remember, if you already have your ticket, there is no need to check in at our office. Please phone 47969300 for further information.

*Our onboard kiosk and service areas are closed for service. The only exception is the need to make payment for your travel.

*Please remain in your vehicle for the entirety of your travel with us, unless you need amenities.

*If you do exit your vehicle, ensure you are wearing your mask.

These directions will be in place until further advised.

QLD Health Directive as of 1:00am 18th December 2021.

In line with the QLD Government directive, you must wear a mask whilst travelling on public transport, this includes our Ferries.
Please ensure you are wearing a mask whilst moving about our terminal waiting and queuing areas, and inside our onboard kiosk.

You are welcome to remain in your vehicle for the journey.
However, should you choose to exit your vehicle and move about the vessel, you are required to wear a mask.

As of Monday 13th December from 1:00am and inline with Qld Health advice, as an essential service, anyone, vaccinated or not, can travel with Magnetic Island Ferries.
We have a strict safe travel procedure in place for anyone travelling to self-isolate. Our customer’s and staff safety is our priority.
