Terms and Conditions

  1. The Riverside Coal Transport Company Pty Ltd ACN 009 680 486 (Riverside Marine) accepts no responsibility for the safety or protection of any persons, or vehicles, or other property whilst in the car park.
  2. Riverside Marine will not be liable for:
    1. Any loss or damage to any vehicle including any parts, accessories or contents,
    2. Any death or injury of any person, and
    3. Any loss or damage of any other kind, occurring in or about this car park, or during the removal of any vehicle from this car park whether caused by negligence of Riverside Marine or otherwise.
  3. The owner/driver must at all times while in the car park comply with all oral or written directions and requests made by Riverside Marine, or persons duly authorised by Riverside Marine.
  4. This is a privately operated car park for paying passengers travelling to Magnetic Island with our service. Parking is only available for the duration of your trip. Unauthorised vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
  5. An owner/driver who is unwilling to accept these conditions must immediately exit the car park with their vehicle.

These terms and conditions are subject to any non-excludable statutory obligations.
